Terms of Service

1. Who we are

VOW Wellbeing ("VOW", "we", "us") operates this website and the VOW Vault program from Nairobi, Kenya. Contact: hello@vowwellbeing.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to register for the Vault. By registering you confirm that you can lawfully enter into this agreement.

3. The Vault program

The Vault is an accountability + execution program delivered remotely. Specific components (call cadence, channels, templates) may evolve. We will not materially reduce the program after you have joined the active cohort without notice and a remedy.

4. Payment

  • Prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and shown inclusive of any active discount.
  • Payment is made via M-Pesa to the number shown at registration. Your spot is provisional until we verify payment, normally within 24 hours.
  • Payment evidence (transaction code, screenshot) is required to complete registration.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Founding 100 cohort spots are non-refundable once verified, because places are capped. If you cannot start after verification, we will transfer your spot to the next cohort within 12 months at no extra cost.

6. Conduct

The Vault depends on trust. Harassment, doxxing, hateful conduct, or sharing of cohort materials outside the group is grounds for removal without refund.

7. Intellectual property

Materials we provide (templates, recordings, written guidance) remain our property and are licensed to you for personal use during the program. Do not redistribute.

8. Liability

The Vault is educational and accountability-focused. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid for the program. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Kenyan law.

9. Data protection

We process your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019. EU/UK visitors also receive GDPR-equivalent protections.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the courts of Nairobi, save for any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection rules.
